BEACON GEM-TAC GLUE Handy 1-oz tube with prevision tip! This is a popular and unique type of embellishment glue that is useful for several purposes. It looks similar to "white glue" but its better and does more! WATER BASED formula: it is NON-TOXIC and will not attack foam, painted or finished surfaces, or plastics. No odor! SAFE if you have kids! While its still wet, it can be cleaned up with water. Since its water-based, it can be THINNED with water if needed. Dries strong and crystal clear Originally designed for attaching items to clothing (rhinestones, glitter, gems, pearls, etc) so it's ideal for gluing porous or flexible items onto non-porous items (or vice-versa). It can also be washed and can go through the dryer! (meaning, it's waterproof and heat-proof) Works with a great variety of materials, such as stone, fabric, wire, glass, ceramic, leather, suede, wood, plastic, vinyl, foam, balsa, and more. HELPFUL HINTS FOR USING GEM-TAC Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dust and grease. Very smooth or shiny items (like plastic) should be roughened for best results (use steel wool or fine sandpaper) LESS is MORE! Use a small amount of glue and don't press the items together. Clamping isn't needed. Will dry quickly, handle in 20-30 minutes, but maximum strength is achieved in 24 hours. DO NOT use on metal items, because rust can result. DO NOT freeze. Store at room temp.
